Release Notes: Happy Halloween!

In light of changes to the iLok deal in iZotope products, we’ve made significant enhancements to iZotope Trash 2. Here’s what you can expect:

  • The “AuthAssistant.exe” has been eliminated, and all iLok API calls are now integrated into the plugin itself, making it immune to emulator attacks.
  • We’ve simplified the custom installer for your convenience.
  • Enjoy pre-iLok authorization without the need for an iLok driver.
  • Separate component installer to prevent installation conflicts.
  • No more disappearing installation information.
  • Enhanced compression for faster and efficient installation.

A Note About Updates:

Because we don’t use official installers or iLok integration, we won’t be releasing minor change updates for iZotope products. Rest assured that if minor updates are necessary due to changes, we’ll take care of them in-house. You can confidently use R2R releases without worrying about missing out on minor changes.
