Working in all major Mac and PC plug-in formats, Imprint will add clarity to any sound with a range of helpful presets and intuitive user controls.
A flexible 3-band workflow accelerates transients that occur across different frequency ranges. The multi-band GUI makes it easy to set crossover points and gain for each band. Each band’s mix controls increase crossover content in the selected frequency range (plus useful bypass controls).
The strength of
the Imprint logo acts as a bypass control for the entire plugin and is smoothed out to not click or pop for seamless A/B testing.
Extended Controls: Width / Fluidity / Attack / Release
Each group has an extended panel that can be accessed via the triangular control below the mix controls. The advanced options include controls for peak width, smoothness, attack and release so you can customize the behavior of the temporal boost effect. The width slider allows you to set the width of the peaks you want to target. A smooth control allows these peaks to be smoothed out for a more subtle effect. In addition, attack control dampens transients, while reset allows the generated boost to stretch out over time for a more extreme effect. Together, these four features give you precise control over the gain boosts that are generated.
Presets
Over 20 factory presets are designed for quick launch, with individual settings for many types of instruments, mastering chains and special effects. All of this is easily accessible from the plugin’s menu, and of course you can also save your own settings as user presets.
